Once you’ve chosen the university option(s) that best match your interests, we’ll guide you through the required documents and assist with submitting your application.

The documents you’ll typically need include:

 • Valid passport copy

 • Resume

 • CV (optional for bachelor’s applications)

 • Academic transcripts

 • Academic certificates

 • Language proficiency test scores

 • Personal statement

 • Research proposal (for PhD applicants only)

 • Emergency contact information

 • Home country address

If your CV, personal statement, or research proposal isn’t ready yet, don’t worry; our dedicated proofreaders and advisors will work with you to create and refine each one. They’ll help you craft a compelling CV, develop a strong personal statement, and guide you through your research proposal from topic selection to completion.

Most universities abroad recommend that international students apply at least three months before their program start date. This allows sufficient time to arrange the visa application and appointment, book flights, prepare for travel, and secure any additional approvals required from the home country or sponsor if the student is fully funded (مبتعث/موفد).

Once your admission is confirmed, we’ll issue your Confirmation of Admission Status: Known as: CAS or I-20, etc depending on the country, enabling you to schedule your visa. Meanwhile, we’ll continue supporting you with airport pickup, accommodation, bank setup, a local SIM card, and all essential services; so you’re fully prepared and never left on your own while studying abroad.
